Trend Matrix offers a hassle-free return process for most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging for the return to be processed.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or perishable items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Process
