- Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. This is the most convenient time to cancel your order, as it has not yet been processed for shipment. Please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
- After 24 Hours: Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.
How to Cancel an Order

- By Phone: You may call our customer support team within the cancellation window to cancel your order.
Refund Process
- Refund Method: If your cancellation is successful, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy
- Custom Products: Orders for customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
- Shipped Orders: If the item has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after receiving the product.
